Monday – Seafood Barbecue
Every Monday, enjoy a wide selection of grilled seafood items prepared on the open charcoal-fired grill at Kili. The selection will include parrot fish, squid, jumbo tiger prawns, seafood skewers and much more.
Tuesday – European Fair
Every Tuesday, Kili Café will feature the subtle
and diverse culinary traditions of Europe, including Certified Angus Beef® prime rib, smoked salmon,
assorted sashimi, shrimp and distinctive European confections.
Wednesday – Cajun and Creole Fest
The unique flavors of New Orleans take the spotlight every Wednesday night at Kili. Feast on South American barbecue including pork spare ribs, smoked brisket,
barbecue chicken, sashimi, baked mussels, lemon
chocolate doberge cake and rice fritters.
Thursday – The Latin American Kitchen
Spice up your Thursdays with the full-bodied flavors of Latin America. A buffet of Lat-Am favorites will excite taste buds including seafood ceviche, grilled steak with chimichurri sauce, a live fresh taco station, churros and tres leches cake.
Friday – Marianas Barbecue
Every Friday the buffet will feature the aromas of a wide selection of barbecue items, including Certified Angus Beef® short ribs, Chamorro smoked sausages, catch of the day, apigigi coconut cake and much more.
Saturday – Ocean’s Bounty
